Healthy Caesar Salad

Caesar salads are known to be very high in calories, fat, and sodium. But hey, we all sure miss a Caesar Salad every once in a while.

For a healthier version, skip the croutons and cheese, and go for a mayo-free and healthier dressing.

Healthy Caesar Salad

  • Bag of lettuce
  • Two handfuls cooked chicken strips
  • 200g plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Garlic clove
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  1. Make the sauce: Mix yogurt, mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper together.
  2. Add lettuce to a bowl.
  3. Add chicken.
  4. Top with sauce, mix and serve.
