Healthy Caesar Salad
- Bag of lettuce
- Two handfuls cooked chicken strips
- 200g plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Garlic clove
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Make the sauce: Mix yogurt, mustard, crushed garlic, salt and pepper together.
- Add lettuce to a bowl.
- Add chicken.
- Top with sauce, mix and serve.
